Manage your data (UK GDPR)

You can exercise your rights by emailing us. We’ll verify your identity and respond within one month (UK GDPR Art. 12). This page explains exactly what to include so we can action your request quickly.

Access your personal data (Subject Access Request)

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

  • We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.
  • We will respond within one month.
Rectify / update your details

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Download your data (portability)

  • We will supply data in a commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g. CSV/JSON).
Erase your data (right to be forgotten)

Important: deletion is permanent. We will retain only what we must for legal obligations (e.g. tax, fraud prevention) under UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).

Examples of lawful retention: order records needed to meet tax law, anti-fraud/chargeback investigations, or to establish/defend legal claims. We minimise what’s kept and how long it’s kept.

Object to processing or request restriction

You can object to certain processing or ask us to restrict processing in specific circumstances.

How we verify identity & response times
  • Verification: we’ll normally reply to the email address linked to your orders. If needed, we may request additional details (e.g. order number, billing postcode) to confirm identity.
  • Response time: we aim to respond sooner, but in any case within one month of receipt. For complex requests we may extend by up to two months and will notify you.
  • Fees: requests are free. We may charge a reasonable fee for excessive or manifestly unfounded requests, per UK GDPR.
