The discount application form is located at the bottom of this page. However, we strongly recommend that you read this policy in full before proceeding to ensure you understand the eligibility criteria and application process.

🎯 Who Is Eligible?

You are eligible for this discount if you are currently serving or have previously served in any of the following roles:

  • NHS Staff – Clinical and non-clinical
  • UK Armed Forces – Army, Royal Navy, RAF, and MOD civilian staff
  • UK Police Forces
  • UK Fire & Rescue Services

📧 Accepted Work Email Domains for Automatic Verification

If you currently use an official work email, you can automatically verify using one of the following domains:

Please note: In some cases, due to restrictions or filtering rules on the organisation’s email system, discount code emails from me may be delivered to your spam/junk folder or may not arrive at all.

If you do not receive your discount code within 48 hours, please email me directly from your personal email address at contact@cmnav.co.uk, including a clear photo of your work ID, veteran card, or equivalent proof of eligibility, so I can manually verify and provide your discount code.

Also, if you do not have access to a work email at all, please follow the manual verification process below.

📝 Manual Verification Process

If you're unable to verify using an official email, please send one of the following to contact@cmnav.co.uk:

🔹 For Currently Serving Staff

  • Clear photo of your official work ID badge
  • Proof of employment letter from your organisation
  • Payslip (personal details may be redacted)

🔹 For Retired Personnel (Police, Fire, NHS, or Military)

  • Retired service ID card
  • Pension statement or P60 referencing the service
  • Official letter of retirement or discharge
  • Proof of membership in recognised associations (e.g. NARPO, Firefighters’ Pension Scheme, Defence Discount Service)

🔐 Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

All documents and information provided are:

  • Used solely for eligibility verification
  • Deleted permanently immediately after verification
  • Never stored, sold, or used for marketing purposes

You may request written confirmation of data deletion at any time.

  2. Complete the online form or email your verification to contact@cmnav.co.uk
  3. Once verified, I will send you a unique 10% discount code
  4. Enter the discount code at checkout to redeem your offer
  5. If you do not receive your discount code at your work email address within 48 hours, or if automated verification fails, please proceed with the manual verification process outlined above.

  • Discount valid only on brand-new CMNAV Sat Navs purchased directly from the official website
  • Discount codes are non-transferable and valid for one-time use per verified customer
  • We reserve the right to decline or revoke the discount if misuse is suspected
