Our Story

Hi, I'm Christian — founder of C & M Navigation Systems. This is a small, family-run business I've built from the ground up alongside my full-time job since 2018. I wear all the hats here — from technical support to product development — and I do it with genuine pride and purpose.

CMNAV was born out of a simple but personal need: I wanted a sat nav that delivered the reliability and features of the big-name brands, without the inflated price tag. So I decided to build one. I design and configure each unit myself, then work closely with a trusted manufacturing partner in China to bring it to life.

My goal is to make the most out of each component, focusing on what really matters: stability, clear mapping, and real-world usability.

You won't find the highest specs or flashy branding here — and that's by design. I'd rather prioritise long-term reliability, practical features, and continuous improvement based on real user feedback. It's how I keep costs low without compromising what truly counts.

What truly sets us apart, though, is how we treat our customers. I handle every query personally, and I will never send you a copy-paste reply or brush off your concerns just to tick a box. You're not a number here — you're a real person, and I aim to treat you the way I'd want to be treated if the roles were reversed.

This isn't just a business to me — it's personal. My reputation means more than any quick sale, and I stand by every product I send out.
